Join friends from KMC Indy and KMC Bloomington to enjoy community time at the Lily Lake Shelter at Eagle Creek Park. This is a vegetarian potluck picnic — bring something to share and something that you can eat if you have food allergies or a specific diet.

Bring an outdoor activity that you enjoy and Gen Chokyi will guide a short meditation to connect with some peace — all families, friends and dogs on a leash are invited to come! To enter the park per vehicle, it’s $8 non Marion county residents & $6 Marion county residents.

Lily Lake Shelter at Eagle Creek Directions

Exit off I-65 on 71st Street. Then, follow signs to enter the Eagle Creek Park and continue straight. Then turn left on 65th Street (stop sign) within 200ft you turn right on N. Lilly Lake Drive. Follow Lily Lake Drive for about 1/4mile to The Lily Lake Shelter which will be on the right side.

Park near the shelter on the road or in a nearby parking lot as you wish. Call or text Fred (317-437-6987) if you have difficulty locating the shelter.
