The Power of Acceptance

When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, the last thing we want is to accept—it feels like that would mean giving up. Unfortunately our non-acceptance only creates more suffering for ourself.

When we learn to temporarily accept unpleasant experiences, it gives us a certain mental stability and enables us to respond in the most constructive way. Having accepted whatever has arisen, we are free to work toward a better future, unburdened by anger or denial.

In this meditation course, we will explore practical methods taught by Buddha to develop true acceptance in our hearts. Through practicing them, we can solve our own problems, help others, and experience real peace of mind.
