with Fred May, Senior Kadampa Teacher
We all have human problems with others. And, we may believe that pushing out those people who we don’t like and surrounding ourselves with those who we do is the solution. The Buddhist master Geshe Langri Tangpa reveals that our problems do not lie with others, but rather our selfish interests which continue to deceive us.
In this course, we will explore the mindset that is creating your problems with others, how to abandon this mindset and what is the practical experience of solving problems with loving kindness.
This course is based on the book The New Eight Steps to Happiness by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
