What To Do When Things Fall Apart beginner retreat

In our chaotic modern world so many things seem to go wrong that sometimes we can feel truly broken, despondent and despairing. It seems that no matter how hard we try to make things work for us life just gets worse. We may think when things are getting tough: “What can I do when things are falling apart?”

Gen Kelsang Chokyi will draw on life’s experiences using the teachings given by Buddha to share practical methods to transform adversity. She will show how to generate inner strength and resilience which gives us the ability not just to survive but actually thrive on adverse conditions. Everyone can benefit from this wisdom! This retreat is geared towards beginner meditators, however, everyone is welcome.

This retreat will be based on the book Universal Compassion by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
