Finding calm in a busy life using Kadampa Buddhist principles is all about changing how you view your day. Instead of seeing busyness as an external force you must endure, Kadampa teachings encourage us to recognize it as an internal feeling we can control by training the mind. Feeling overwhelmed often stems from the habit of constantly pushing yourself. Meditating doesn’t need to be another item on your to-do list; view it as a 10-15 minute "mini-vacation" for your mind.
