Although losing the people we love and dealing with unwanted changes are parts of life, these experiences cause us great pain and emotional upheaval. We often don’t realize just how dependent we are on the people and things in our lives until we lose them.
Buddha taught that loss and change are as natural as the changing seasons. By increasing our wisdom and compassion, we can transform times of grief and sadness into wise insights and inner peace. In this course, we will develop this special perspective, making us strong in the face of adversity. Everyone is welcome.
