Cincy Meditation Workshops at Columbia Center Event Venue
These guided meditation workshops are geared for everyone. Whether you have meditated before or not. Gen Chokyi will guide a series of morning workshops to inspire us to use ancient wisdom, Buddha’s teachings, for modern times.
In the February workshop, you will learn about:
> what is the underlying reason for feeling disappointed and discouraged?
> how we can recognize this distress within our own mind through meditation
> how we can strengthen our minds using meditation by transforming the way we perceive ourself, others and situations
