When we are criticized, the brunt of sarcasm or the object of blame, our mind can be consumed by it. Learn how to navigate relationships without being hyper-focused on the challenges. Through shifting our viewpoints and wishing to practice non-retaliation, we can protect our peace of mind and transform difficulties in a meaningful way.
Apr 1 - Choosing to Respond vs Retaliate
Apr 8 - The Strength of Patience
Apr 15 - Mental Training
Apr 22 - Dependent Relationship
You don't need to be Buddhist to benefit from these practical teachings. Each 30 min class includes a brief teaching and meditation. Classes can be attended individually or as a series. This series is based on the book How to Solve Our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
The Wednesday night meditation classes are taught by Kathy Ryan and Amy Rodeheffer at the COhatch Carmel in the Lantern Room. John Hammond and Fred May teach at the COhatch Broad Ripple in the Blueprint Room.
