This class is offered at no charge, with donations welcome. In these classes we learn how to use the power of meditation to make our greatest contribution to peace in the world and bring a positive influence to those around us. Each class consists of guided meditations and a teaching on how we can use Buddhist principles and practice to establish harmony within ourselves and in our world. 

Dealing with Difficult People

Sometimes it seems like difficult people are everywhere. What do you do if you have to work with one? Or live with them? How can you maintain a peaceful, positive state of mind around them? Buddha taught special methods for doing this. Come join us to explore them in this four-week series.

Join us on Friday mornings for meditation classes that can improve the quality of your life. Meditation can provide a break in our busy lives. Its purpose is to make our mind calm and peaceful. With a sense of inner peace and well-being we can learn to cope with life’s challenges and create new opportunities for growth.

About the Resident Teacher

Gen Kelsang Wangden is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Indianapolis. Gen Wangden is known for his kind heart, joyful nature, and practical advice. He enjoys helping students of all abilities and interests understand and apply Buddhist lessons and cultivate inner peace.
