Life Beyond Anger
According to Buddha, if we want to be truly happy, we need to free ourself from the destructive influence of anger.
By meditating on the methods taught by Buddha we will be able to transform the energy of anger into a creative response that opens us up to resolutions and new possibilities.
Through this, we will be able to leave our habits of anger behind once and for all, and step into a new identity – someone who is always peaceful, happy, confident, beneficial, wise, and kind, regardless of our circumstances.
