Weekly Meditation Classes

These classes are suitable for everyone from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. We do this by developing positive states of mind in meditation and integrating this experience into our daily life.
Each class is self-contained and includes guided meditation, a talk, and questions and answers. Everyone is welcome - you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend or benefit from the classes. Just drop in and experience it for yourself!
