Weekly Meditation Classes
The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. We do this by developing positive states of mind in meditation and integrating this experience into our daily life. Each of these classes is self-contained and includes guided meditation, a talk, and questions and answers. Everyone is welcome - you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend or benefit from the classes. These classes are suitable for everyone through complete beginners through to advanced practitioners.
